O9win Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the o9win platform by users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to change and will be updated from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, logging in, or using any services provided by o9win, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to continue using the platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the o9win platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
The o9win platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Users who register using false information about their age or identity may have their accounts closed immediately.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. o9win will never request your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately.
- Use a strong, unique password for your o9win account.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Log out of public or shared devices after every session.
- Keep your personal information up to date if any changes occur.
All activity that occurs within your account — whether authorised or not — remains your responsibility until you notify us of any unauthorised access in writing.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
Users are required to use the o9win platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Any form of misuse, system manipulation, or attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform is strictly prohibited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure, as well as legal action where applicable:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Any form of fraud, collusion, or manipulation of game outcomes.
- Using an account for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Registering an account on behalf of another person or using a false identity.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions through methods not intended or sanctioned by the platform.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or support staff.
O9win reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including freezing account funds while the investigation is ongoing.
Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information (MYR)
All financial transactions on the o9win platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via supported local payment methods, including online banking and digital wallets available to Malaysian users.
You are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made using a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name. o9win reserves the right to reject transactions suspected of using unauthorised third-party payment methods.
- All withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the verification procedures in effect at the time.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the platform and are subject to change from time to time.
- Bonuses received may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal — check the full terms in your account.
- O9win is not liable for payment delays caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers.
- Any taxes or charges imposed by financial institutions are the sole responsibility of the user.

O9win does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from technical disruptions, system failures, or factors beyond our control. The platform's liability is limited to the transaction value relevant to any claim raised by a user.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
O9win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms. Users whose accounts are closed for the following reasons may not be eligible for a refund of their account balance: confirmed fraud, use of bots or automated software, collusion, or unauthorised chargebacks. In cases of account closure with no misconduct involved, any valid balance will be processed in accordance with standard procedures.
Intellectual Property
All content on the o9win platform — including logos, text, graphics, interface designs, and software — is the property of o9win or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, republish, or use platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The o9win platform may reference third-party services or providers (such as game suppliers or payment processors). o9win is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of service, or content of those third parties. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
O9win reserves the right to modify, add, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and stop using the platform.
These terms are interpreted and governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels, and where necessary, through the relevant courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
